Product characteristics The polyimide substrate has excellent electrical insulation properties, heat resistance and flame retardancy, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, easy peeling, and no residual glue. The PI film can withstand temperatures above 400 ° C. If coated with a modified silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, its temperature resistance can reach 280 ° C. If coated with acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, it is characterized by excellent viscosity and weather resistance, temperature resistance up to 180 ° C
Product application PI silica gel is mainly used for high temperature resistance or high initial adhesive insulation bundling applications, such as H-class motor and transformer coil insulation wrap, high temperature coil end wrapping, temperature measuring RTD protection, capacitor and wire entanglement and other work at high temperature Under the condition of bonding insulation, PCB plate gold finger and electronic components in the SMT temperature resistance, polymer lithium battery external package. PI acrylic tape is commonly used for insulator protection, harness fixing and dressing of PCB boards, inter-layer wrapping and outer wrapping of transformer coils, and external insulation of lithium batteries.
